AEPS-3 is a comprehensive system used to accurately assess young children’s skills, develop quality goals and outcomes, select 
effective teaching strategies, and monitor child progress over time in eight developmental areas. Each area is divided into groups of 
related skills. Each group is then broken down further into specific skills, or goals and objectives.
