An Inside Look at AEPSi Reports!
The AEPS®i system provides real-time, richly detailed reports to help you transform assessment into action. AEPSi users can generate a wide selection of reports for individual children, groups of children, or entire programs. All reports can be viewed in your browser and select reports can be exported as comma-separated values (CSV) files (editable in Excel), printed, and/or saved as PDF files.
AEPSi has five pre-defined roles: Account Administrator (AEPSi Enterprise accounts only), Program Administrator, Provider, Account Reviewer (AEPSi Enterprise accounts only), and Program Reviewer. The chart below shows the report access for each role. Providers can only view reports for the children assigned to them. Program Reviewers must have access to child data to review child reports.
